2. You warrant that the Work is original, has been written by the stated author and has not been published previously in any form in any country.
3. You warrant that the Work does not violate copyright and legal rights of others.
4. You warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner, or a legal representative thereof, of the copyright to be transferred, or licensed to us.
5. You confirm that you will indemnify us against any loss, expense or damages incurred by any claim for copyright infringement by a third party.
6. You understand that your submission does not guarantee your Work will be accepted for publishing by Elotos Press, who has the sole right to make decision regarding whether a book will be published.
7. You agree to sign the Copyright Assignment or Licence Agreement upon acceptance for publishing by Elotos Press.
